ARMA International and Forrester have partnered once again on a joint survey to track the records and information management (RIM) trends facing enterprises. ARMA brings a community of RIM leaders together to provide resources, expertise, networking, and guidance for professionals in the space. The insights from this survey will help inform a stream of research on the direction information management and governance decision makers must take in order to keep their organizations compliant and protected.

The survey can be accessed here: https://forr.com/2m6cw5I

The joint survey will explore the strategies, challenges, and foundational technologies to manage enterprise information across its lifecycle. Additionally, for this year, we are excited to announce the inclusion of sections covering emerging technology and a new concept Forrester is calling “digital fragility,” which refers to the long-term retention (15 years-plus) of digital assets in dynamically accessible and usable forms.

If you are a decision maker of your enterprises’ records and information management initiatives, please take 15–20 minutes to complete the survey found here. If you have a network of peers who are decision makers of RIM programs, feel free to forward the survey link to them. Note, if you are a vendor or consultant, this survey is not for you . . . but do feel free to circulate it to your customers.

As a thank-you for your participation, you can opt to receive a complimentary summary of the survey results.

Thanks to all who participate!
