To celebrate the launch of Google Pay’s new GPay app, Google is holding a “Spring Challenge” during which users have a chance to win $30. The event is live now and runs through April 22—though there are only 200,000 gifts available, meaning those $30 gifts could be gone before April 22 and you’d need to act fast if you want that free money.

GPay’s Spring Challenge tasks users with completing activities to unlock animal-theme stamps. The list of tasks changes daily, but includes actions like:

  • Opening the Spring Challenge page in GPay

  • Paying friends and businesses with GPay

  • Referring friends to the app

  • Activating spending insights for your account

  • Redeeming special offers

  • Gifting and trading stamps

  • And more.

Some tasks will earn you a stamp for completing it once, while others need to be repeated multiple times. There are five stamps to collect: Alligator, Bear, Elk, Fox, and Robin. You need to collect one of each animal stamp to earn the $30 gift, but stamps are rewarded randomly after completing a task and some are rarer than others.

According to the Spring Challenge’s fine print, the drop rates for each stamp are:

  • Alligator: 95%

  • Bear: 95%

  • Elk: 5%

  • Fox: 5%

  • Robin: 95%

Those drop rates will make collecting all five stamps difficult, but luckily there are a few ways to increase your odds of getting each stamp and winning the $30 before the Spring Challenge is over (or before they’re all claimed). Here are some tips:

  • Always check the daily challenges: The list of activities will update each day. Complete as many as you can each day, and take advantage of simple actions you can complete multiple times.

  • Refer your friends: If you refer your friends to the app, you’ll both receive stamps.

  • Wait to complete the account setup:
Users can choose to “activate spending insights” when they first sign up on GPay, but you should hold off on that step for an easy stamp on days it appears on the task list.

  • Trade stamps with others: You can see which stamps your friends have in their collection from the Spring Challenge tab in GPay, and can gift duplicate stamps in your collection. You can also send requests for stamps that you haven’t found yet.
