  3. I didn’t buy stock in FB at their IPO because I didn’t believe they really had much and could easily wind up as a fad. Years later I took out a $165 ad on Facebook that sold over a thousand of my books at a little over two dollars to me for each one. Missed the boat on FB, all the same, I’ve been quite happy with my investments in Alphabet, Amazon, and Apple.
