They need to stop feeding him these ducks. Someone's gonna die.

I have zero problem with him not getting the contract on a couple levels.

1. Why rush the guy? Let him get more rounds in. Let him fight different guys with different styles. Let him get his striking and submission game grow. Build his experience up. Look at what happened to Aaron Pico, dont do the same to this kid.

2. Bo can build up his resume, and get other organizations competing for his services. Bellator, PFL, One, etc. All would love to take a blue chip stud from the UFC.

I think people aren't weirded out by having to wait to see him vs real contenders for a year or two. It's just Dana White not being straight that he put him in the contender series to hype up the show and after seeing the numbers come in, he made an on the spot decision to use him one more time for Contender numbers. He clearly belongs in the UFC so it was a money move which everyone can see but he was still giving excuses in the presser afterwards about "hurr durr he was 1-0 coming in". The question "Why have him on the contender if you're not going to sign him anyway" was legit and deserved an honest answer.

"I didn't sign him because the hype on socials & viewer numbers were great so we're gonna use him for another contender as promotional material before signing him"
