This fight is epic for so many reasons.
Khabib is a specialist in making people quit. Gaethje doesn't know how to quit.
Both in their prime.
Khabib trying to cement his legacy as the LW GOAT. Gaethje trying to cement his legacy as the most exciting fighter ever and could become a legit UFC champion and legend along the way.
I think it gets very interesting if it goes past the 2nd round and Khabib hasn't mauled Gaethje to the point of exhaustion. Khabib slows down in the later rounds. He usually gets away with it because the other guy is phucked up by that point though.
I'll never get over the fact that we missed out on prime Khabib vs prime Tony but this is close, imo.

I'm very eager to see how Justin reacts to the pressure of Khabib.
There's zero chance that Khabib doesn't try to get this fight to the ground almost immediately. I will be ecstatic if Justin is able to successfully defend the take down.

The fence is a game changer. I can't see Gaethje being able to fend off Khabib with the fence and cage in play.

I honestly don't know why Gaethje is being given more of a shot than any of the other past opponents.
I think Conor/Barboza had a better shot of landing a precision KO strike.
If anything the wildcard in the fight could be if Khabib has a bad camp and loses focus due to the passing of his father.

I am super pumped for this fight. Khabib has got to watch out for when Justin ducks. His hooks could sleep Khabib. Justin has legit 1 shot KO power. It's probably going to be all about the first exchange. Khabib literally has to close the distance and just grab a hold of him and then outgrapple him for better positioning and then the draining begins. No way in hell he invites Justin in for a little bit of striking. This is one of Khabib's toughest tests. Khabib's coach Javier Mendez actually was kind of dismissive and said Conor was more of a threat to Khabib than Gaethje! WTF?
