There's a few threads bouncing around like the old capitol riot thread, the one about all the national guard troops for security, and 1st day executive orders thread. But figured having one just for the big day itself would be good. Hopefully it doesn't get as action packed as my last thread about counting the votes that led to the Capitol having to be evacuated as protesters managed to actually get in.

Inauguration Day festivities for President-elect Joe Biden on Wednesday will take place today under sun-splashed skies and a backdrop of heavy security as the nation's capital prepares for a smaller-than-ever crowd limited by law enforcement constraints and COVID-19.

About 25,000 National Guard members have descended on the city already blanketed in state and local law enforcement personnel and stinging from the deadly riot at the U.S. Capitol two weeks ago. Concrete barriers, chain-link fences and military trucks have blocked access to many downtown streets and buildings for days.

Should be able to wrap this thread up with 2 pages..

Will it be as empty as all his rallies?

No interest in watching but I'll come on here after its all done.
