Sony's as-yet unannounced PlayStation 5 has been named-dropped on a resume for Tomohiro Tokoro, a 3D character modeler working for Luminous Productions.

According to Tokoro-san's LinkedIn profile (via Gematsu), the Square Enix-owned studio is currently working on a 'new AAA title for PS5.' That's literally all we know at this point, although that's to be expected considering we know next to nothing on Sony's next-generation system yet.

Interestingly, the news comes not long after it was confirmed that Final Fantasy XV director Hajime Tabata had quit Square Enix to form his own studio.

Microsoft has been more open about its next-gen plans than Sony. Back at E3, the company announced it was working on a new Xbox console, and Phil Spencer recently said he's pretty excited about what the format holder has in store.

Rumours have suggested that the system is going by the codename Scarlett, and that it will ship in two versions – a hardware model and cloud-based edition.
