'Things don't sit where they did pre-baby': Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, 33, says her body is changing but she's 'OK with it' as she poses topless for striking ELLE UK cover shoot

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has posed topless for the April 2021 ELLE UK and talked about how her body is changing as she gets older.

The supermodel and mother-of-one, 33, told the publication that she can see 'fine lines' and 'things don't sit where they did pre-baby' but she's OK with it.

She said: 'As someone who's built a lot, if not all, of their business on looking a certain way, there may come a time when my answer to this is truthfully quite different.

'But I'm still 33 - so I'm starting to see fine lines and perhaps things don't sit where they did pre-baby but I'm okay with it, I can make it work.

'Certainly, I know myself and as I get older, I will be pushing back on any kind of ideas that I should be or look a certain way.’

Rosie is engaged to Jason Statham, 53, and the pair are parents to son, Jack. The family moved to the UK because she wants to raise her child here.

She said: 'I've always wanted to raise my children in the UK, for them to be educated here.'

The beauty also addressed dealing with some of the trickier days of living amid a pandemic over the last year.

She said: ‘You have to just go lock yourself in the bathroom or pour yourself a very large glass of wine at the end of the night.

'And it's just the way it is. That's real and that is life and I'm not going to sugar coat it.’

She criticised A-listers who make out their pandemic experience is the same as other people's.

Rosie said: 'There are a lot of public figures out there talking about how “we’re all in this together.”

'We might be experiencing the same circumstances, but you're in your Beverly Hills mansion with a swimming pool and private tutors and you expect someone who's in a council flat, who's dealing with an untold amount of misfortune, that “We're all in this together?!!.'

Rosie has no doubt been using this past year to continue working on her skincare launch.

She said: 'I’m sure it will come as no surprise, even though I haven’t talked about it publicly yet, that we’re launching skincare and cosmetics probably end of August or September.

‘I love the transformative nature of beauty and skincare. As someone that's had acne-prone skin my whole adult life, skincare products are very meaningful to me…

'There's always something that’s deemed frivolous and superficial about beauty and makeup. And I'm okay with that, but when you really look at it, those small [transformations] in somebody's day actually can really build up to make a big difference.’

The April issue of ELLE UK is on sale from 04 March 2021.
