please add an option to block or disable "AI" #740

Description

@glyph

What product do you want to improve?
Web app

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I noticed that there is now a "Codecov AI" tab but no corresponding setting to disable it, which worries me. It makes me think that, in the future, you will abuse the trust I've placed in codecov & sentry by illicitly training AIs on my code or inserting infringing code into my PRs, or those of my contributors, without checking its license.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like a way to permanently and clearly disable "AI" across all of my orgs. I do not want generative AI of any kind to have access to any of my repos, ever.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I could attempt to block all the relevant bot users but this would be a piecemeal solution, and a first-party clear toggle would provide peace of mind that you understand some users do not wish to have their repositories adulterated with AI slop.

Additional context
I would rather that you not develop this product at all as code coverage cannot possibly be helped by "AI" but in the absence of convincing you otherwise, a way to clearly opt out of its harms, or a clear indication that it will always be a separate opt-in and not just temporarily a separate set of permissions during a "beta" would be helpful.

@rohan-at-sentry

@glyph - thanks for writing in.

I want to call out that in order to even use the AI features, the first step is to set up the Codecov AI Github App Integration as outlined in our docs

You can also see calls to action under the AI tab to that effect

Without the Codecov AI app installed (which is different from the Codecov app), no AI features will work.

Hope this addresses some of your concerns laid out above

How would it even do that?

The "beta" tag implies to me that the codecov-ai app is a testbed for features that will be rolled into codecov itself. If there is a commitment from Sentry that these will remain separate apps in perpetuity, then that's good enough for me, but I think that should be written in the description somewhere.
