-Bobby would KO Paddy in rd 1 like he did Yaquinta after a couple failed td attempts. Maybe decision like the Haqparast win.

-Nate would smoke Paddy at 170 lbs. Better everywhere + tree times his soize.

-Chandler would KO him round 1

-Dariush for sure, I'd lean tko or sub but maaybe decision

-Charles rd 1 murder

-Gaethje rd 1 KO 100%

I'm not saying Tony is going to win(he is), but there's no way this fight should be anything but a pick 'em. Maybe Paddy -150 for his popularity and "win streak".

Which assumed outcome(s) do you disagree with?

I also don't get why people hate this fight. Tony is going to keep fighting regardless and this is basically the safest possible fight you can give him at this point. And if Paddy is a big name and you don't want him to lose then you might as well have him fight another big name that's roughly around his level. TFerg fits the bill. And theoretically tony takes less damage in this fight compared to fighting a guy with paddy's name that can legit fight.

The only thing to be pissed about is if Paddy wins and they decide to give me a title shot or something retarded like that. I have no problem babying big name guys as long as they don't fly up the rankings.

Tony is knocking on the door of 40, has been fighting since 2008 and has taken a MASSIVE amount of damage over his career. Yes all those opponents were tough, but he got his ass kicked in all of those fights in increasingly decisive fashion.

For some fighters, when the wheels fall off, that's it. And I think Tony fits into that category. I think the odds are pretty fair all things considered.

Exactly. Clay Guida and Jim Miller are slightly older than Tony, but neither of them have been fighting the likes of Gaethje, Charles, Chandler, etc. in their late 30s and taking savage beatings. Tony has probably aged 10-15 fighter years since 2020. And he was showing signs of decline/damage even before Gaethje (Pettis and Cerrone fights).

So which fighter would Paddy do better against?

I don't disagree with any points you've made against Tony but you're completely ignoring how bad Paddy is. -400 is not fair based on resume its just not. Tony was up 29-28 vs Nate after 3, Paddy was down 29-28 vs Gordon after 3. There's nothing about that indicative of -400 either way.

Paddy couldn't deal with Charles, Gaethje, Dariush, but Nate, Chandler and Bobby he could very well hang with them at least for a while.

I mean a broken Tony fking Fergson was beating a bum like Chandler lol.

dude come on, Tony lost all of those fights and he got dominated as well.

paddy is a bad fighter but this is a clear cherry pick, perhaps the most egregious in ufc history

paddy will almost certainly win, although I’ll be cheering for Tony lol

On that note...
What is it that Paddy supposedly is good at? Is he a striker? A grappler? Is he supposed to be well-rounded?
Nothing about him impresses me.
He walks forward blocking punches with his face, which (as Leonard Garcia and Diego Sanchez have shown us) is more important than effective striking, grappling, or octagon control.
