News Michael Gambon 1940–2023

Actor Sir Michael Gambon has died peacefully in hospital aged 82, according to his family.

He is best known for playing Hogwarts headmaster Dumbledore in a number of the Harry Potter films.

Damn, that sucks. I was always torn over which Dumbledore depiction I preferred between his and Richard Harris’ but after a recent binge of the series with my wife I’ve finally moved over to preferring Gannon’s.
