Have you ever done any sports in the past or do you currently, And which sports have you done?
I used to play baseball when I was younger but I stopped to focus more on Weightlifting and MMA.
Currently I'm mostly doing Weightlifting (Not to get bulky but to stay Lean/Athletic) and Boxing/Kickboxing/BJJ and Wrestling.

Nothing impressive. T-ball/Little League, and after school pickup "neighborhood" football/basketball from like 4th-9th grade(shoutout the "smokers tree", and everything else that also happened around those games). There also were 2 years in 6th-7th grade, and I played in a county basketball summer league. That was when I was hit with reality, I was "tall for my age", great at shooting the 3, and had a good turn around jumper...but those were my my only skills offensively, and facing defenders who recognized that I was toast. Sure, I'd still have good games depending on match-ups but it was clear that I was limited.

I was not bad at baseball on the informal playground.

I would like to try frisbee golf.

I took 1 credit of golf in uni and one guy who hit the ball so damn far. Even a big muscle guy couldn't hit it that far. Must have been good mechanics and vision.

What I'm amazed by is college volleyball jump serves. To be able to coordinate tossing the ball up consistently and jumping up consistently where the ball is where you need it to be when you're in the air seems like something where all these things must be perfectly aligned to execute it right.

Typical sports as a youth: baseball and basketball.
Track in middle school
Wrestling in high school and adulthood.
Did some power lifting in high school and adult
Tried golf as a kid and in my 30s, but never stuck with it.
Got really into indoor/outdoor rock climbing in my 20s.
Squash in my mid-40s.

Currently, nothing competitive. I still workout every day. Hike with my kids and wife quite a bit. Play disc golf when my brother-in-law is in town. I'll play ultimate disc with my students at the end of the school day and if a PE class is playing it during a prep period for me.

Off the top of my head:
Formal training: Tennis, running, wrestling, football, Judo, TKD, kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing, ice hockey, speed skating, swimming
Self-taught & played for fun: Baseball, basketball, soccer, racquetball, rock climbing, mountain biking, street hockey, skateboarding

I'm probably missing a few thanks to sports related concussions.
