Members of the House of Representatives are experiencing some frustration with the Senate over repealing and replacing Obamacare, as well as tax reform, according to Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn.

"There is a little bit of frustration with the Senate. That's fair to say," Blackburn said Tuesday on Fox News' "America's Newsroom."

"We're very hopeful that they are going to find a way to take action on healthcare before Sept. 30 hits the books. And we are very hopeful that they are going to join us in our push to make the tax code flatter, fairer, and more simple," Blackburn said in the interview.

Blackburn added that she would welcome help from Democrats.

"We'd love to do it with Democrat votes… It is so important that many of the things we're doing, we're doing in a bipartisan way," Blackburn said in the interview.

"We would encourage more of that," Blackburn added.

On Monday, Blackburn filed a resolution that reminds Americans about the federal law that offers guidance on how to act during the playing of "The Star-Spangled Banner," according to The Tennessean.
