Ah, Utah.

I had an eighth-grade history teacher back when I lived in the same county as this Utard, and I remember he spent the first day of class talking about spanking us teenagers (focusing on the girls), and talking about the infractions that would bring on this punishment.  His last name was Blatter, which he pronounced "Blotter" (and don't even think of pronouncing it any other way, we were warned), and he was creepy and repulsive, and I tried to make myself as invisible as possible in that class.
