I don't know much about the guy but from a modicum of Googling I don't know what he would falsify.  As far as I can tell he has no convictions.  Does he abuse alcohol?  Smoke pot?

Perhaps he was buying the gun for someone else and didn't fess up.

I think this guy already proved that he was a lunatic farktard. He did it well enough to not only lose his job, but have his entire department disbanded. That's a pretty strong message!
The controversy led to his retirement, under pressure from Gilberton leaders, and to the disbandment of the entire borough police force.

It isn't even a political stance or gun rights issue. Anyone that needs to post videos of automatic fire while raving about libtards is pretty much batsheit crazy.

I'm just guessing it came back as "pending" (or similar in system) because no one is in charge of taking off the restriction from his previous charges. Then he tweaked a checkbox, and doubled up the warning flags because he had recently filed similar paperwork.

The fun part of this will be that instead of calling a number no doubt provided on the rejection form, he now has enough of a charge to strip him of all his firearms.

I remember this guy, he was mentioned on Fark before because of an article where he also said he wanted to take care of "libtards".  A few farkers mentioned that it was the first time that they heard the expression coming from someone outside of the internet.
