Can't speak for the ice cream, but Twinkies are the most disappointing junk food ever.

Considering how bad they must be for you, it's a feat of culinary engineering that they managed to make them so void of flavour.
 
They sell these at Wal-Mart along with the frozen deep-fried Twinkies?
