Do we bet that UFC will book this? It is so predictable and Joanna doesn't deserve it yet.

Jéssica Andrade just lost to Joanna.

Tecia Torres seems the best option, if she passes Michelle Waterson.

Otherwise, Felice Herrig might be....but she lost to Paige....

Nobody "deserves" it more than Joanna. It's a division without a clear contender so give it to the long reigning Champ who'll actually sell the thing.

If you like Rose, as I do, and want to see her become a big star, the last thing she needs is someone like Andrade who's going to mirror that boring "respectful martial artist" routine.

Someone has to play the heel if you want casual fans (the paying fans) to care about the result.

Considering the lack of viable strawweight contenders in great form atm and JJ's long undefeated streak prior to Rose Joanna honestly has the best shout for the first shot. But if Tecia beats Waterson I can see an argument for her too.

If you so confident in her you should want rematch so she get easy title defense

Don't get me wrong I was happy when the fight was announced, it was someone different, but people talking like Joanna doesn't deserve a rematch need to think how she accepted a fight vs Rose in her situation anyway, what other division would that happen in :D
 
I'm sure they will book it. They don't really have another draw in that division. Atleast they can sell the rematch.

I hope Rose beats her again though.
 
Why not? That division needs time to sort out the next contender anyways.

Felice and Casey need to fight.
Waterson and Torres need to fight.
Andrade needs to fight
KK needs to fight.

All that shit can be sorted out while Rose and JJ fight again.
 
I hope so.. Joanna will lose again. Just like Ronda. Might be even worse second time.

I don't think anyone really believes that JJ doesn't deserve a rematch ;) There's just general anxiety that the result was a fluke and will be reversed by the "villain".

They're doing Rose a disservice though. She has always been a lot better than her record would suggest.
 
9/10 they're going to do it.

I would like to see Tecia get a title shot if she can get pass Waters on but they'll probably give her another fight, maybe Karolina.

I think the rematch will be different. Joanna might be more careful or aggressive this time around. I see it going to decision.

True people might not like Joanna but she did dominate the division and also dominated people that beat Rose so she deserves an immediate rematch.
