Kneeling during the anthem as a premier sports player is sort of like working at a bakery and handing out flyers for diabetes.

The anthem encapsulates all that is america. Which is what makes disrespecting the anthem to protest police behaiviour so asinine.

Especially considering that these athletes clearly enjoy the freedoms and benefits that come with living in america.

It would like refusing to sign autographs to protest police...

He is asked to stand because his father's paralyzed and fallen brothers can't.
 
Immature and stupid. Pretty sure the media's intent has been to create an actual racism boogeyman where one really didn't exist.

There's a big difference between his father serving and him serving.

I'm sure Kaepernicks adopted parents support America.
