Did you see what DC did to silva in the past?
 
DC wasn't taking any chances as Anderson moved up in weight to take that fight. Nothing to do with fear, just playing it safe and going for the win.
 
I agree. Anderson was there to save the day and DC made it a boring fight. Hope Bones bust him in the lip for not being exciting.
 
DC bitched up and wouldn't stand with Andy. His HW frame basically molested Andy for the entire fight, what did you expect Anderson to say..

I agree. DC was BROKEN in the first fight, and he threw everything including the kitchen sink at Jones, to no avail.

The Jon Jones who fought DC was the same who fought OSP. Watch the fights.

The only difference is that DC pushed the pace, and that is all Jon Jones was dealing with in the first fight. All DC did was come forward with nothing significant or troubling.

He exhausted himself, and got bullied. Now he is 38 years old and struggling even more to make weight, and his fans think he can win or look better than the first.

At least he took the fight unlike a certain other bitch who caused an entire card to be cancelled out of his sheer cowardice

He gave Chael more time to prepare, and ended him. HAHA

It is reasonable to assume ducking Chael did us all a favor, because we saw what happened, when Chael was given a chance.
 
So DC took a last minute fight vs a MW in order to save a card. Kinda like that time Jones did vs Shael. Oh wait
 
Anderson is friends with Jon, and he got man-handled / wrestle-fucked by DC.

I can understand why he would say that, to motivate his friend, and probably from being salty that DC took him out of his strength and made it look easy.
 
It wasn't exactly surprising when the larger, world class wrestler decided to take the quicker , possibly greatest KO artist in the UFC, down where there was no risk of losing. I agree that it wasn't exactly a fun fight to watch, but I completely see the logic in not standing and trading with Anderson Silva.

Jones was the champ and handled Chael easily when the fight did happen. Anderson was already washed up and done trying to gather the rest of the low lying fruit from the tree of capitalism. DC has no swag or fans lol
 
Fear of what?

DC beat Anderson in the striking, which is his strongest area.

Anderson lost in every aspect of that fight.

30-26 is a pretty nasty score card.

When he did stand with him for those short few seconds he realized that was a terrible idea and went right back to the mat..
