The poor guy got knocked the fuck out 3 times in his own hometown before fighting a welterweight, getting almost koed by the WW, but eventually went on to win with a nice choke. OK nice Chris, good job, i was happy for him.

But then to say this is the first time he's ever got knocked down and that he's the real champ? LMAO. The brain damage already got to him.
 
If Romero or Masvidal did it you would have loved it.. o well.

I'm actually warming up to Chris. He's a regular guy, slightly akward, but very all american. His post fight celebration was heartfelt.

I never understood why so many were/are fans of that guy.

Always seemed pretty boring to me, and not the technically brilliant kind of boring either. Just kinda 'meh' at his best, and douchey and delusional at his worst.

Rockhold fight was in Vegas but whatever
 
Can't lie, I found it cringeworthy as well, I still like The Chris though. I think he's a good fighter. All of his losses are against elite competition.

I still think he's top 10 but he can GTFO with his title shot talk though. Whitaker is first in line and Romero and Rockhold (provided he beats Branch, which he should) are next. He's probably tied with Jacare. He should probably have better than a 1 fight win streak before we talk about title shots.
