TJ, Cody or Cruz: who would have the most success at 145?

I don't feel any of them would do really well, none are really big for the weight class. I'm more intrigued to see what Frankie could do at 135lbs.

Cody.

TJ is undersized for BW, he'll be like a little worm at 145.

Dominic would just get ko'd anytime he'd try his dancing shit.

Cody would be like Gastelum @ MW.

Cody cuts the most weight amongst the 3 , has shown to have the type of Footwork and Speed to get to Dom and we already know he has good power in his hands , so I think he has the most potential for FW . I don't think he could beat , Edgar , Aldo or Halloway if I was to bet.

I think Cody, because he's the quickest, and best defensively on the feet of the bunch. He's really slick, and that's saying a ton since Dom's on the list.

I think Dom's 2nd, because he's the best at mixing in the strikes with TDs, except it doesn't work on Cody, but it could work on a bunch of 145 lb. fighters.

Come to think of it, I think Cody would have a good chance to be champ at 145.

Probably Cody. TJ is a bit too small for 145. Not sure about Cruz but if anyone with decent power lands on him he'd be in big trouble.
As @TheLastEmperorReurns said, Cody would probably be more like Gastelum at MW.

Dom might be the best strategist of the bunch, but he relies on being a better wrestler and being the bigger man a lot.
Cody has the best pure boxing, TJ has the best pure wrestling but they're both also tiny they're both around the same weight. TJ is the shortest too.

So probably Dom and Cody tied then TJ

I'd give this to Cody because KO power is a rare commodity at the lower weight classes.

I like Cody but I don't see it, he said he makes 135lbs comfortably while Cruz always looks a little gaunt at weigh ins. I don't see any of them beating the top guys

He's definitely the harder hitter out of those 3 guys, but he's only faced one elite fighter in his career and he couldn't knock him out, how's he going to knock out an elite guy from the weight class above???

Cody because he's younger and can acclimate to the weight class better than the other two.

TJ can be the champ at 125.

Too bad there's one little mouse scared of that.

Cody doesn't have the chin to move up.

I think Cruz based off or his footwork. Featherweight ls are bigger and would be alittle slower and he already doesn't get hit much expect for Cody but also and serious problems with his feet that fight and couldn't move as well.

We haven't really seen his chin tested by in the UFC by a dangerous striker yet.

This is the only thing we have on his chin.

$

Dude, he got caught, so what? Even if that was a 125 lb. fighter, he probably would've gone down. And Dom isn't the strongest puncher, but he can crack for sure. Not because of his pure power, but because you don't always see the punches he lands on you.

I think his agility, footwork, foot speed, head movement, and stand up defense in general would more than make up for a questionable chin at 145. Seriously, other than Max, Aldo, and Choi, I don't really see anyone at 145 that could consistently land flush on him anyways.

And with all those guys, I think he could definitely out strike them, or at the very least, give them a run for their money.
