Bellator NYC will be available in select theaters June 24

I'd actually be down to check this out, granted it's a reasonable price. Anything above 20 and I'm out. Very interesting

Anyone here gone to one of these? How was the experience?

Never went to one of these, dont know if I'd enjoy it.

I think it was GSP vs Diaz that last had one here. Mixed reviews from the people I know that went. They liked it but the "lack of booze" was their top complaint.

With more and more theaters allowing drinks though its probably becoming a more attractive experience.

I went to the Diaz vs Condit one iirc it was in 3d. I enjoyed it, but it dosent beat watching from the comfort of your home with your free food.

I went to like 4 I believe. I went and saw Floyd vs Canalo too. There was probably 30 people there. Ufc had 4 people at one of them. Me, 2 friends and another guy across the theater. The most at a ufc event was maybe a dozen

Would you recommend it to others?

You didn't have to pay for the food? So food stamps?

I'd recommend to go once and see for yourself. I guess I would say it didn't suck so much that I'd tell you not to waste your time. But it wasn't so much fun that I'd tell you that you MUST go.

I don't drink but you can always grab a flask and buy a soda there and have a mixed drink. Movie theater nachos, corn nuts from home and maybe some Jack Links

I do recommend sitting as far as you can away from the screen. It was so big it was hard to focus on the action. It actually gave me a headache at the Floyd vs canalo match. It's hard to explain

I'm high as fuck so don't mind my rambling.

I'd pay $7-15 to watch fights in a theater vs $50-$60 at home. Cool idea.
