So for the past 2-4 days I have eaten next to nothing. Like less than an average man eats in one day. Reason being is I absolutely hate eating during the day. I only eat at night immediately before I go to bed around 3-4 am.
Well for the past however many days I have accidentally fallen asleep before eating. And I really only eat because I know I have to. I dont get that overwhelming feeling of "omfg I am so hungry."
I feel otherwise fine, maybe a little cloudy headed. But I had no idea how little I've actually eaten until I just now tried to exercise a little bit, and realized I had NO energy or strength. After thinking a bit, I realized all I have eaten is a bag of beef jerky, some bbq chips, and candy over the last several days.
So, have you ever gone a good amount of time with out eating, intentionally or otherwise?
