Keeping in mind the timeline of when the fights happened
Khabib fought him before he was killing dudes
Tony fought him after Eddie KOed him

Who performed better?

Vs Khabib- 30-27
Vs Ferguson- 48-47

Khabib easily

Khabib. He just kept rag dolling RDA where Tony had a war with him.

And who did better against Michael Johnson? Oh wait.

Khabib seems to be much more overwhelming and more of a nightmare to deal with. He also fought a better version of RDA IMO.

Obviously Khabib, RDA was at his peak, 5 win streak and went on to become champ 10 months later. IV ban also wasn't a thing, which really took a toll on RDA's conditioning

if you look closely to rda-khabib, i remember that fight, you will see that rda was very active from the bottom, was holding khabib in
guillotine one moment, was overall very busy for the whole fight, at the 3rd round they were almost even, but the 3rd was all khabib, after rda was pressing him on the cage, kahbib made this..tho, if i remember correctly, rda quickly escaped

overall impressive performance, maybe his best, but it was before rda became monster and it was 3rd fight, they both were pretty fresh after the 3rd, so who knows how it would turn out if they go for 5rd...

overall they both showed amazing skills, khabib was not that very known at the time, while rda - ferguson was former chamo and ferguson 2-3 in the division, more hyped and he was kaing that dancing, which i'm not sure if agree you should make again, if only you completely destroying your oponent

I'm with Tony. RDA just came of a very impressive run with his wins over Diaz, Benson, Cerrone and Pettis.

Oh and also, Tony has fought better competition than Khabib.

Yeah, same. Tony has the better resume. I think he's going to take it. But I wouldn't put money on it.

Bum version of RDA vs former champ beast mode RDA.

Man that's gonna be a crazy fight. I'm not a big fan of Cucuy or Khabib, but whoever wins that is the best LW in the world for sure. Cant wait.

I also got Tony. And to be honest, I would be surprised if he makes it look easy.

It depends what you like. If you love creative and crafty striking then you will be more impressed with Ferguson/RDA. if you like wrestling controlling positions then you will be more impressed with Khabib/RDA.

I thought Tony fought the better Rda and that Tony performed the more consummate beat down. Khabib still will likely out class Tony tho.

He also came off of getting smashed into Bolivian by Eddie, always a factor to keep in mind,

I'm far from a Conor nuthugger, but how can you say "the best LW in the world for sure" when there's an actual lineal champion other than those two?

A champion that outclassed the former champion, in fact.
