Basically, he's just a C level boxer. Even Cody has better hands than him (Cody's head movement, footwork and angles are better than McGregor). Nothing special about his skills. What makes him famous is his stupid persona which was copied from Mayweather. The difference is Mayweather is an A level athletes, the p4p king and undefeated. You're right. He's a C level striker who's managed to somehow finish most of his fights with his striking. Including multiple first and second round finishes. He's also won two belts, which he win with KOs over top level mma fighters.
