Barcelona are planning a global assault in the January transfer window as they raid the Premier League and further afield.

Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho is one of the club's major targets after a failed summer attempt, and Mundo Deportivo report that they are confident of completing a deal.

The front page of their Friday edition carries the headline 'Optimism for Coutinho', as they state that Barca have 'good feelings about their chances of signing him'.

Barcelona have reportedly opened two lines of dialogue with Liverpool, and are aware of the price they need to pay.


On top of that, Jurgen Klopp is said to be resigned to the fact that he will 'not share a dressing room' with the player after January.
