Gabriel Jesus feels Manchester City are playing beautiful football this season and compares his club's style to that played by his country Brazil.
The Brazil international scored twice as City thrashed Stoke 7-2 last weekend in a devastating display of free-flowing attacking football.
And Jesus believes the performance shows City's players are enjoying themselves on the pitch under Pep Guardiola and adopting an expressive style similar to Brazil's Samba football.
Gabriel Jesus says Manchester City are enjoying their football this season under Pep Guardiola
'Yes, it was almost like [Brazilian football],' Jesus told Sky Sports when asked about the Stoke match. 'In Brazil when we win with so many goals the players tend to start playing with more style and being playful.
'They start jumping around and it did feel more or less like this. It felt like a very beautiful way of winning that game,' he added. 'As players we enjoyed it a lot and that's how we felt inside the pitch'.
Jesus followed up the brace against Stoke with a goal in City's 2-1 Champions League win over Napoli on Tuesday to take his total to eight strikes in 11 appearances so far this season.
His scintillating form has seen him preferred to Sergio Aguero as the lone striker with the Argentine struggling to break into City's team after recovering from a rib injury.

But Jesus insists that despite the competition between the two strikers for playing time on the pitch, he enjoys working with Aguero.
'I really like working with Aguero,' Jesus said. 'He is a fantastic guy and we all know how he is as a player. I support him a lot'.
Jesus is among the final three names on the shortlist for the European Golden Boy award, joining PSG's Kylian Mbappe and Barcelona's Ousmane Dembele.
The 20-year-old is the Premier League's sole representative on the shortlist for the award which is given based on performances over a calendar year.
