  • Chrissy Teigen, Donald Trump, and the man behind Pepe the frog are a few included on the unranked list
  • The magazine's editors say they 'sized up contenders by looking at their global impact on social media and their overall ability to drive news'

Time magazine has released it's third-annual list of the 25 most influential people on the internet.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, President Donald Trump has made the list, as has John Legend's Twitter-happy wife Chrissy Teigen and the maker of Pepe the Frog, one of the most widely used memes online.

The editors of Time said they 'sized up contenders by looking at their global impact on social media and their overall ability to drive news'.

In other words, when these people tweet, they're not just weighing in on the news - they're making it.

Scroll down to see who was included on this year's unranked list.

Her relateable posts have helped her lock down two cook book deals and a hosting gig on Lip Sync Battle.
