The 142 pages that is 'a discussion bill' is what I have been reading, this is NOT, I repeat NOT the health care bill... A lot of what is in the 142 pages is a lot of ObamaCare which I object to...but in order to start the process, because the ObamaCare bill has NEVER been a healthcare bill, it is a TAX BILL, they have to go through a process to get to the part (3) that will finally be turned over to President Trump, he will then either accept it or veto it... There are THREE phases to get through this: The Democrats are whining because they don't want anything to happen to THEIR health care bill that has us in the mess we are in, and they are trying to upset the American People... We have to release all the TAX CREDITS etc. and then get down to writing a HEALTH CARE BILL that President Trump wants!!!

Like Obama laughing and mocking people and saying the entire process for Obama care would be live on C Span for the whole world to see.
