'Without Putin, Syria Would Have Ceased to Exist'

The 79-year-old Flemish Norbertine Father Daniel Maes lives since 2010 in a Syrian monastery. He confirms that - quote - "it is partly thanks to Hezbollah that so many Christians and other Syrians are still alive. They came to our rescue in our darkest hours. And the same goes for the Syrian army and the Russians. If Putin hadn't come in 2015, Syria certainly would have ceased to exist."

Father Maes confirms, that the coverage of the Syrian war is based on lies. He explains that President Bashar al-Assad is not the problem, but rather - quote - "our own [Western] politicians, who support ISIS, in order to topple the Syrian government. The real terrorist leaders are in the West and Saudi Arabia."

Fr Maes says, that Syria was a beautiful country before the war broke out: "I experienced a peaceful and orderly society that I had never experienced before in my own country or elsewhere. Stealing and insolence were virtually non-existent. The many different religious and ethnic groups lived in harmony with one another," and, "I spoke to a French surgeon who said the hospitals in Syria were better than those in France."

Fr Maes explains how the conflict began: "I have seen with my own eyes how the so-called popular uprising arose in Qara. Men came from outside Syria. They shouted near the mosques slogans like ‘Assad is a dictator’. Then they invite young people to take videos. The Qatari TV Station Al Jazeera would pay them for such pictures." Maes confirms that terrorists hiding between the demonstrators started shootings, not the police.

Assad is a bad guy. So was Saddam and Gaddafi. But are things any better or worse without them?

Regime change was always stupid and a misguided idea. The one time for which it was a very good idea (removal of Castro)was a disaster. The Mideast would be better off with the dictators we removed and that cost over 4000 American lives.

There’s no reason to doubt the veracity of this story. Iraq was a real bad idea...trust me I know!

Hezbollah has killed 10 times more Americans than ISIS ever has. And Hezbollah was instrumental in turning the Christian Lebonon into the Iranian Islamist proxy. Nobody talks about that before they wet their panties thinking about those heroic Hezbollah warriors. The Nazi saluting Islamo Nazis. Laterally.

He mentions Putin, Hezbollah, a designated terror group, Assad, head of a nation designated a state sponsor of terrorism since 1978. Wow, did this guy mention how great Iran is too?
