More commentary here.

Good analysis. Greg Gutfield says "Antifa" stands for "Anti-First Amendment."

Glad Gavin went there and took back the public square from the bullies.

For a half a million the Obama cabal could give a ten minute speech about Obama at Berkeley.

The left is not just anti-free speech, they are anti-civil right.

That broader context should be employed rather than the narrow, afterall they are against religion, freedom of association, second amendment and the big elephant in the room identity politics.

The left is against civil rights.

Correct. Also “Anti Freedom of Assembly”. I see via a google search that people had coined those more-correct terms earlier this year.

A few “sources” here suggest writing it as AntiFA rather than Antifa to emphasize that the F and the A are each abbreviations for individual words. I myself have adopted that convention.

The Left didn't show up--at least not in the numbers predicted. No major violence.

I think there is a correlation here.

I like it....Maverick68 decrees: From now on, we shall refer to Antifa as Anti-1st!
