The demonstration was large but peaceful - 2,000 flag-waving supporters of President Donald Trump walking and chanting along Bolsa Chica State Beach in California.
Then, they caught sight of the counterprotesters.

Maybe it was the black clad and masked men violating the Trump supporter's right to peacefully assemble. Also the black clad thugs use of pepper spray also may have inflamed the incident.
They black clad hoodlums came there to cause trouble
If they wear masks, they are violating state and federal laws.
Good citizens can make citizen arrests until the cops come.
Don’t attend any rallies.

But we both know the Chronicle wouldn’t mention details like that.
they always do. yet they don’t get in trouble at all regardless of all the violence they cause and do. If anything the target of their violence gets scorn.

I would be willing to go out on a limb and guess that it could have been the counter protestors attacking the Trump supporters. Thankfully the Trump supporters fought back this time.

Okay just googled him. Well good!! If the police refuse and i mean they REFUSE to protect our speakers and our people at marches, then we need to do it ourselves I guess.
Another disappointment in this administration tbh. They should start cracking down hard on any town or University that tells their police to stand down.
Headline should have read: Pro-Trump rally ends with a man deservedly getting beaten with a 'Make America Great Again' sign, because there weren't enough Hickory Sticks available to give all the scum-sucking-toad dirtbags a proper "Hickory Stick Shampoo".
We’ve moved beyond who’s at fault for all the rally violence when it’s so damn obvious. When folks have a peaceful rally, marching with entire families, their pet dogs etc, and group of masked hooded people in all black show up carrying pepper spray and bad intentions, only a moron couldn’t figure out what happens next. These SOB’s have a clear history of violence. Enough.
Bottom line, they went looking for trouble and they certainly found it.
Doesn’t seem to be any mention of who the arrested parties were. Guess it didn’t fit the Chron’s agenda.
