Mana series slated for Switch in Japan

Now how about a western release?

The Seiken Densetsu series - better known as the Mana series in the west - is coming to Switch, at least in Japan.

The first three titles in the franchise, Seiken Densetsu: Final Fantasy Gaiden (aka Final Fantasy Adventure / Mystic Quest), Seiken Densetsu 2 (aka Secret of Mana), and Seiken Densetsu 3 will be collected into one cartridge entitled Seiken Densetsu Collection.

The anthology will launch 1st June both physically and digitally. It will cost ¥4800 (about £35 or $43).

As reported by Gematsu, Seiken Densetsu 2 and 3 will support up to three-player multiplayer, while new features will include a quick-save option and the ability to listen to any of the games' music from the home menu.

With any luck an English version of the collection will makes its way to western shores. At the least, the Switch is region free, so importing is an option for Japanese-speaking players.
