Emma, 31, who is married to Viscount Weymouth, heir to the Marquess of Bath and Longleat estate in Wiltshire, has shared this snap of her doing high-intensity interval training called Tabata. 

Clad in a crop top and leggings, holding a resistance band to tone her arms, she says: 'As a businesswoman and mum of two little people, time is not a commodity I have a lot of, which is why Tabata is my go-to.'

Flame-haired Victoria Yeates plays demure novice nun Sister Winifred in BBC's Call The Midwife but the 34-year-old actress tells me she longs to break out of her wimple. 

'Before Sister Winifred I did a lot of glamorous parts — in my first job I played Jean Harlow — and I would like to go back to playing a few more now — absolutely,' she confides.
