(just kiddin' TS, thanks)

would be piss if I was Tim too

That's garbage.

Give Elliott his money. He did his job.

Too late for a late replacement now... At least give him his show money

By how much did menga miss weight? Could they not call it catch weight and give elliott 20% of mengas cheese?

Edit: well there's my questions answered lol.

I heard the story was, Menga was trying to gain weight to enter the next undefeated TUF show at 145 lbs so he could attempt to get signed but then Scroggins gets injured and he immediately had to put the fork down and lose weight to make 125 on less than two weeks notice.

Sucks.

Word is he got to 131 and a doctor told him to stop.

He got his show money. If he wanted more he should have taken the fight.

I agree with Tim if Menga was pulled, but if he didn't accept the fight at 130, which guarantees him 20% of menga's purse and the chance to make win money, bonuses, etc. then that is kinda weak.

Elliot is a 5'7 or 5'8 flyweight, no sympathy for him refusing to fight a slightly heavier guy.

I consider this good news, assuming it results in Mein-Silva or Taleb-Roberts replacing that fight on the televised card.
