I'm listening to Joe Rogan live now and turns out top boxers like GGG, Ward etc is pulling in some MM numbers at around 100-200k PPV buys.

UFC get millions of buys compared to boxing. It will be mostly UFC fans who will be buying MayMac.

What does GGG and Ward's PPV numbers have to do with Mayweather/Mcgregor?

Why did Conor have to go over to boxing to get such a big pay day?

Triple G is one of the lowest draws in boxing.

boxing is dieing... unless UFC revitalizes it now that they have their boxing license

Most are not even draw enough to be put on the PPV.

And they get paid a shitload more money than Mighty Mouse. Sad really for the #2 p4p fighter <{hfved}>

People have been saying this for a long time, and they're saying this about the UFC, both will experience high and lows but will maintain.

The 4.4 mil ppv buys May/Pac did would disagree with you that UFC fans are the only ones buying

That one fight is definitely the exception and not the norm. It's suppose to be the fight of the century. Mayweather's last fight was pretty low too.

It's because he chose easy work Berto. There was absolutely nothing to see in that fight and everybody knew it already. Also I'm aware that it's the exception to get 4.5 million but dont try to say that it's only UFC fans buying this. If that was true then why doesn't Conor do 4 mil pov buys when he fights in the octagon?
