While the studio's renewed licensing agreement doesn't allow for the sale of these characters starting July 1, players who already own the Heroes and their costumes will still have access to them as they do now, according to the now deleted post. The achievements for Silver Surfer and Fantastic Four will also remain, but you'll need the Heroes to unlock them. Gazillion also plans to support the characters with new Omega items, as well as updates for tuning and bug fixes.
Earlier this month, Marvel unveiled the 52-book lineup that will be part of its Legacy relaunch, and Fantastic Four is not featured in any significant capacity. In fact, there hasn't been a dedicated Fantastic Four comic in over two years, since the beginning of Secret Wars.
While it's possible Marvel is giving Fantastic Four less attention in the comics because it doesn't own the movie rights, the team-up series Marvel Two-in-One will apparently feature the adventures of Johnny Storm and Benjamin Grimm.
