WASHINGTON Americas top diplomat stepped back Friday from his offer of unconditional talks with North Korea, telling world powers the nuclear-armed nation must earn the right to negotiate with the United States.

Tillerson needs to go.
Mixed messages are bad
Seems nuts.
Could Trump be playing Rope-a-Dope with the Juche-fruit?
Get his hopes up, then smack him down?

Good job, Mr. Tillerson!
I do the same thing with my dogs when they misbehave. Offer them a nice juicy bone then pull it away a little later. (Shows them who is in charge).
Mark Levin was a devout #NeverTrump type - how'd that work for him? Might as well ask if he'll eat his words about Tillerson too.....
