A federal judge in Pennsylvania temporarily blocked the Trump administration's recent rules allowing moral and religious exceptions for ObamaCare's birth control requirement.
The injunction comes after state Attorney General Josh Shapiro filed a lawsuit against the administration, arguing the changes to the mandate undermine women's health.
Judge Wendy Beetlestone ruled that the state is "likely to suffer serious and irreparable harm in the absence of a preliminary injunction."
ObamaCare requires that most companies cover birth control as preventive care for women at no additional cost.
The Trump administration rolled back the requirement earlier this year, arguing that it infringed on the religious and moral rights of some businesses.
Other Democrat-led state have also sued the administration, including California.

McConnell needs to VASTLY ACCELERATE confirmation votes on TRUMP’S nominees for District Court Judgeships. There’s a whole slew of them that have completed successfully the Judiciary Committee approval process.
The judge has no authority to do so and should be ignored after being taken to school. The rules implemented by HHS under Obama were out of their purview to begin with and based on false information by a non government group with an extreme pro abortion, contraceptive bias.

Each Children’s Health Insurance Program renewal bill should include declarations finding them guilty.
Trump should veto each CHIP renewal bill until the Senate passes a renewal/removal bill with a veto-proof margin.

The 14th Amendment says nothing about equal protection under the law (it says equal PROTECTION under the law), yet the libs routinely cite equal treatment under the law in order to force their agenda on the rest of us.
Well, let’s use that tactic, as well.
Since their argument is that women have a right to free medical care when it comes to birth control, then pursuant to equal treatment men should have free health care when it comes to birth control (so, men should have the right to free vasectomies).
