Why are people acting like Till would steamroll Perry?

Have you even seen Till's other fights? People are acting like he's a world-beater. Talented fighter? Obviously, but before tonight he had 3 straight decisions vs VERY average competition. 2 of his 4 UFC wins don't even have wikipedia pages.

Yes, we all know Perry was outpointed by Jouban. But Till also has a draw in the UFC vs Nicolas Dalby (Who da fook is dat guy?)

How is finishing a battle-worn 34 year old Cerrone any better than Perry destroying a 32 year old Ellenberger?

People act like Perry is all hands yet the guy has dropped people with his left hand and right hand, has two finishes by knees and has an elbow knockout. He's more well rounded than he's given credit for.

Similar ages, similar competition in UFC (Perry 4-1 Till 4-0-1) but Perry has been starching people while Till has been decisioning people. Maybe I'm crazy but I've got Perry if they fight. I think his chin will hold up while his tenacity and aggression eventually overwhelms Till until he's tko'd or ko'd.

Please make it happen UFC! This is the kind of fight I'd pay to see.

Many were on the fence about Till before tonight and now suddenly he's the GOAT .... smh
 
You guys need to stop judging fights by a fighters record and more by what they actually look like in the ring. It's very clear from Till's performance tonight and in his other appearances that he has very high level boxing for mma. His accuracy, insane speed, and size will give anyone in the division problems. I want to see Till vs Wonderboy.
 
Till is the kovalev of WW.
 
Yeah look to his last couple of fights against average fighters (which he won) rather than the Legit long time contender he just destroyed. Great Logic.

How though? Ok he didn't beat Alan Jouban. Darren Till didn't beat Nicolas Dalby. That's even in my book. Other than Jouban he has violently finished everyone he has fought.

People act like because Till lived in Brazil for 3 years fighting cans he's the best guy ever. Till is the one who is overrated

Just because a fight goes to decision DOESN'T MEAN SHIT, a fight can be a beatdown, one sided as fuck and still go to decision, Till was OUTCLASSING his opponents, totally playing with them, showboating, and he still won clearly all his fights BUT the one against Nicolas Dalby.

Now lets see that one. First of all he dominated r1 and r2, then he gassed out (already fixed it) and r3 was a 10-8. Doesn't diminish him, because Dalby is a great fighter too! "Hur dur Dalby got axed from UFC, how he is good?". You dumb fuck. He lost to Sobotta and Cummings, both legit and well rounded fighters. Dalby was 12 or 13-0 before fighting TIll and he was coming off a win over Elizeu Zaleski (legit fighter, high level striking).

Perry competition has been much worse than Till's (Bojan is another very good fighter) and you can relax, Platinum won't be murked by Till because he's losing to Ponzinibio.

Lol peoples only argument against Perry is Jouban, which was 3 fights ago. He's steamrolled 2 people since. One of whom was a longtime contender younger than Cerrone.

So we can throw out Till's 3 average performances (including one draw vs Nicolas Dalby) but NO ONE throws out Perry's only loss, which was 3 fights ago. Great Logic!
 
Why? Simple. He fought a guy people have heard of, Cowboy, though no one knew who Till was, beat him, and now he is a future goat. It is like you don't even Sherdog. I can promise you there are 100's of people here that are Till experts who have never seen him before last night.


Or do you recall all the other days there were 8 boards on the front page about Till?
 
Perry tends to eat alot of left straights and that's a no-no against Till.

Finishing fights matter. Perry also clearly won all of his fights except one. You know how I know? because he FINISHED ALL OF THEM. If Till is sooo much better than his opponents, totally outclassing and playing with them then why isn't he finishing them? Your argument is weak.
