I couldn't find an official thread, so merge if there is one.

Anyways, anybody paying attention to this thing? Madonna just got on stage and gave a profanity laced speech, that networks had to cut away from and apologize for. Trying to stay relevant I guess.

Hard to understand what the message is, other than "WOMEN!!!", and "Fuck Trump!", but the numbers out there today are impressive, I must say.

Thoughts?

In the 5 years I've lived in Oakland I haven't seen a march this big. And they march a lot around here.

General theme seems be normal womens rights stuff, right to choose etc.
 
What are they protesting? Mass rapes/gropes across European countries? Treatment of women in the third world?

Nope, I'm gonna guess Trump.

Don't know what they're protesting. Nobody respects women more than Donald Trump... he even said so himself.

Meh, more power to them. I just wish they were this passionate about the woman's rights in Islamic Nations.
