With Neymar possibly heading to Paris Saint-Germain this summer, Barcelona are already looking towards replacing the Brazilian according to Gazzetta Dello Sport.
Napoli's Lorenzo Insigne is also an option but both come with significant barriers, namely their recent new five-year contracts with their respective clubs in April.
Dybala although an attractive option, is not a natural fit when it comes to replacing Neymar in the Barca side, with his attacking position more akin to Lionel Messi - and that's one player who isn't going anywhere even in this crazy summer transfer window.
Emilio Izaguirre confirmed his departure from Celtic with an emotional farewell message.
The 31-year-old Honduras left back completed his move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Fayha after seven years at the Parkhead club.
Burnley had signed Charlie Taylor from Leeds United after the expiration of his contract earlier this month.

Roma star Maxime Gonalons has suggested Riyad Mahrez 'could do great things' if he makes the move to Serie A from Leicester.
Mahrez is on Roma's summer wishlist and a bid for his services has already been rejected, according to Leicester manager Craig Shakespeare.
Eyebrows were already raised when AC Milan signed Leonardo Bonucci from Juventus this summer, but it appears the Rossoneri are not stopping there.
According to calciomercato.com, the San Siro outfit are now interested in making a move for Juan Cuadrado from their Serie A rivals in a switch that could cost the club £31million.
You can read more on Brown's move here, with the forward having also penned a new deal at Chelsea.
SIMON JONES: Chelsea midfielder Izzy Brown is joining Brighton and Hove Albion on loan.
The 20-year-old was also a target for Huddersfield Town after helping them earn promotion in his season loan there.
Brighton, who missed out to Swansea on Chelsea's Tammy Abraham and saw another target Ruben Loftus-Cheek join Crystal Palace, will confirm Brown's arrival later today.
Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud wants to stay at the club and fight for his place despite the arrival of Alexandre Lacazette, manager Arsene Wenger has said.
Giroud struggled for opportunities at Arsenal last season, starting 11 league games after losing his spot to Alexis Sanchez in the starting XI.
SIMON JONES: Sunderland are holding talks over a loan move for Lewis Grabban from Bournemouth.
Manager Eddie Howe said he expected 29-year-old Grabban to seek a move this summer after he spent the end of last season on loan at Reading.
Sunderland have also been speaking to Aston Villa about a loan for Ross McCormack.
Bayern Munich star David Alaba believes clubs across Europe are being forced to pay over the odds in the transfer market because of a dearth of top-quality full-backs.
Manchester City have spent heavily to reinforce their defence this summer, having signed three full-backs - Benjamin Mendy, Kyle Walker and Danilo - for a combined fee of £133million.
He may just have arrived in Munich but James Rodriguez has refused to rule out the possibility of a return to Real Madrid.
The Colombian may have found himself unwanted at the Santiago Bernabeu but he has not closed the door on Spanish giants, insisting he is unsure what the future will hold for him.
Former Newcastle defender Steven Taylor has signed for Sky Bet League One side Peterborough.
The 31-year-old centre-half, who made over 250 appearances for the Magpies over 13 years, has agreed a two-year deal with Posh.

The mega-rich Chinese Super League has been plunged into uncertainty amid the news that thirteen of its clubs could be forced to forfeit the competition.
It has been reported that over half the clubs in China's top flight have not been paying their players properly, and they have until August 15 to settle their arrears.
Adam Smith has signed a new four-year contract to commit to Bournemouth until 2021.
The full back, 26, has made 113 appearances for the Premier League club since his arrival from Tottenham in 2014, which followed a loan spell in 2010-11.
'I'm delighted,' he told the club's official website. 'I'm settled in the area and get along really well with the lads.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has said the Premier League club intend to sell winger Lazar Markovic during the current transfer window.
The Serbia international, who spent the last season out on loan at Sporting Lisbon and Hull City, featured in Liverpool's first pre-season friendly against Tranmere Rovers but was left out of the squad for the tour to Hong Kong.
'With Lazar, it's no secret that if he finds a club then we will negotiate,' Klopp told Liverpool Echo.
SIMON JONES: Huddersfield Town have made an enquiry for Nurnberg’s attacking midfielder Abdelhamid Sabiri.
The 20-year-old Moroccan, who has a dual passport, scored five goals in nine games in the German second division last season.
However, Nurnberg porting director Andreas Bornemann said: 'It is true that we have received an enquiry from Huddersfield Town. However, we have made it clear we do not want to lose Sabiri.'
SIMON JONES: Tottenham Hotspur are showing interest in Hoffenheim full-back Jeremy Toljan.
The promising 22-year-old can play on the right or left of defence and is seen as ideal competition for Kieran Trippier, Danny Rose and Ben Davies.
Tottenham had targeted Ricardo Pereira of Porto but negotiations have become complicated over his third party ownership and £20million valuation.
Toljan, who was on holiday recently with former Arsenal winger Serge Gnabry, was part of Germany's 2016 Olympic silver medal winning squad and played for their Under 21s in the European Championships this summer, earning a place in the team of the tournament.
Tottenham are considering other options too but recognise Toljan has one year left on contract and could leave for a relatively low fee.
Hoffenheim’s director of football Alex Rosen asked about Tottenham's interest told Bild:
'If Tottenham comes and offers to triple your salary, then you can’t say too many negative things: London is an unattractive city or Tottenham a bad club. This is all very positive – and then young people think about it.'
SIMON JONES: Burnley are discussing a £2million move for Stoke City defender Phil Bardsley.
The 32-year-old former Manchester United and Rangers full-back made just 17 appearances for Stoke last season and may find opportunities similarly limited this season following the arrival of Josh Tymon from Hull City.
Scotland international Bardsley can cover both full-back positions and Burnley manager Sean Dyche wants to add three or four new signings.
Burnley have brought in Leeds United left back Charlie Taylor, forward Jon Walters from Stoke City and Swansea City midfielder Jack Cork.
Dyche is still in the market for a winger, a defender and a third-choice goalkeeper with Shay Given among those being discussed. Dyche said: 'I’ve been really pleased with the signings. We’ve got some good business done early, which is very difficult. We’re still looking.'
We'll have major developments on Mabppe as they come in, but for now here is the lowdown on this sensational development.
Manchester City may have to switch their attention to Alexis Sanchez because it appears Real Madrid and Monaco have struck a £161million agreement for the signing of Kylian Mbappe.
According to Spainish daily Marca, Mbappe will pen a six-year deal at the Bernabeu worth over £6million a year.
Cristiano Ronaldo has nailed his colours to the Real Madrid mast after previously suggesting he wanted to leave the club.
Reports back in June revealed Ronaldo was keen on sealing a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu because the club failed to back him over tax fraud accusations.
However the 32-year-old forward has now said he wants to add to the 11 trophies he has won during his eight-year spell at Real Madrid.
CHRIS WHEELER: Manchester City are ready to take their astronomical summer spending to another level by bidding for Alexis Sanchez or Kylian Mbappe after breaking the world record for a transfer window.
Benjamin Mendy completed his £52million move from Monaco on Monday, meaning that City have spent close to £130m on defenders alone in this transfer window in addition to the £35m it cost to buy new goalkeeper Ederson Moraes.
Paris Saint-Germain's world record pursuit of Brazilian star Neymar is 'risky' and bad news for French football, according to Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas.
Cash-rich PSG are willing to smash the global transfer record to sign the Barcelona star and the deal could eventually cost them as much as £450million.
For starters, the Ligue 1 club would have to pay the 222m euros (£196m) release clause in his contract at Barcelona.
That looks like a smart bit of business from Wolves who have captured a 20-year-old attacking midfielder who spent last season on loan at Porto.
SIMON JONES: Aston Villa midfielder Jordan Veretout is having his medical at Fiorentina ahead of his proposed £6million move to the Serie A side.
Veretout, 24, joined Villa in 2015 from Nantes for £7million but spent last season on loan at St Etienne.
The French club had hoped to re-sign Veretout on a permanent deal for £5million but Villa chairman Tony Xia said their offer fell short of what was originally agreed and that opened the door for Fiorentina.

West Ham have made Javier Hernandez the best-paid player at the club after confirming the striker's £16m signing from Bayer Leverkusen.

MATT BARLOW: Chelsea are set to answer Antonio Conte's plea for more players by firing their summer spend spiralling towards the £250million barrier.
The Premier League champions have already made four signings for a total of £140million.
And they want to add four more to the first-team squad with Alex Sandro, Antonio Candreva, Fernando Llorente and Virgil van Dijk among the targets.
SIMON JONES: Sunderland have opened discussions with Aston Villa to sign striker Ross McCormack on a season-long loan.
