Pokemon Gold and Silver releases on 3DS tomorrow, buy it to receive a code for Mythical Pokemon Celebi

Pokemon Gold and Silver will be released on 3DS Virtual Console tomorrow, and Pokemon Sun and Moon players will get a gift for purchasing either title.

Those who purchase either Pokemon Gold or Silver will be handed a code to unlock Mythical Pokemon Celebi for Pokemon Sun and Moon.

Pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon will release on November 17, and players can hold off on claiming the code if they wish to redeem it for the ultra version instead.

Pokemon Gold and Silver will release tomorrow, September 22, through Virtual Console on 3DS. It comes with a new feature which allows players to trade and battle Pokemon in 2D using local wireless.

These titles will also be compatible with Pokemon Bank to be brought into Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon come November.

Finally, those who buy either the Gold or Silver version via the eShop by January 15, 2018 will be handed a digital code for a Nintendo 3DS HOME Menu theme inspired by the version purchased.

Those who like fighting games will be able to pick up Pokken Tournament DX from tomorrow on Switch. The action-fighting game contains all previous Pokemon from Pokken Tournament Wii U and the arcade versions.

It will also feature Pokemon Sun and Moon creatures Litten, Popplio, and Decidueye which evolves from Dartrix and is the final form of Rowlet.
