Werewolf: The Apocalypse will have players assume the role of a Garou, a vicious Werewolf warrior born to fight a supernatural force called The Wrym that's leading the world into an apocalypse. The Garou are also opposed to urban civilization because of the destruction it brings.
The main theme behind Werewolf: The Apocalypse "is more relevant today than ever before" said Martin Ericsson, Lead Story Teller of White Wolf. Ericsson believes the cooperation between Focus and Cyanide "will finally give gamers the opportunity to revel in the raw power and primal spirituality of the Garou."Besides this brief synopsis, there's no additional information about gameplay nor any release date, but White Wolf is promising to reveal more about the title at this year's Focus Home Interactive event in Paris on February 1 and 2.
