We are going after Iran which does this relatively rarely while supporting the Saudi sheikhs almost blindly. And walking away from the Syrian rebels to leave Assad in place while he runs a hanging factory complete with cremetoria.

So, how exactly is that distinct from "shooting at security personnel?" Was he the guy feeding the ammo belt? Standing alongside cheering? Bringing the shooters Dixie cups of Gatorade?

In fairness to us, we're basically out of cards there. We tried to do the right thing there, we bluffed, and it got called. We don't really have any viable options left that won't result in the situation becoming signifantly worse.

Listen I don't want violence or wish death on anyone but if you do a capital crime you should get a capital punishment instead of wasting taxpayers money. That being said, this probably doesn't apply in this case,but I'm just saying. Violence begets violence.
I'm also against incarnation of low level offenses like drugs, etc. They need treatment not prison. Creates a cycle that we pay for.

Taken from TFA, the accused allegedly did the following: "participating in shooting at security personnel, security vehicles", "preparing and using Molotov Cocktail bombs", "theft and armed robbery" and "inciting chaos, organizing and participating in riots".

Pretty much all of those things will likely get you killed if caught in the act. If all of the individuals actually did those things, I can't really fault SA. The thing is that in all likelihood they did all of (or any) of those things is probably extremely slim. I'm sure there wasn't a lot of due diligence either into investigating the culpability of the individuals.

Saudi Arabia is one of our largest allies and enemies in the ME.

That tells us something. That tells us that religion is simply an extension of culture and that no religion is the true one.

Firstly, USA doesn't pick sides based on who is more or less evil LOL ....... that is the biggest myth ever perpetrated on the American public. That we are somehow a 'good' nation that only sides with the 'better' country.

Secondly, because Iran is Shia and Saudi is Sunni. Israel tolerates Sunni but absolutely hates Shia. Also Sunni dominant states like SA, other gulf states has much more oil than Iran.
