Just a simple question. How do you think this fight would go ? I feel like Stipe takes it on the feet, I think his boxing is really underrated. On the ground, I don´t know ... I think Stipe is also pretty damn good wrestler and Cain seems like he´s not the same after all those wars and injuries, so Stipe could stop Cain´s takedowns. But could Stipe deal with Cain´s legendary pressure ? Hard to tell. Thanks for opinions

Interesting match up.healthy cain beats any hw in the world.

Cain has only beaten bigfoot 7 times.
Stipe wins easy by being a healthy human without a medical condition.

Not sure if serious. Cain destroys JDS. Jds beats Stipe.
Healthy Cain pummels stipe into a living death.
only shertards quote the werdum fight. cain was clearly unprepared for the altitude.

Cain at his best destroys stipe pretty easily. He'd mix It up, keep him guessing, take him down, smash him on the feet because stipe is always worried on the takedown. He'd beat him everywhere.

Of course, that depends on him showing up healthy. Which is the biggest factor in this fight.

Stipe throws clean, straight counters, like Werdum, which he used to punish Cain, who never moves his head and always comes forward in straight lines. He also has a wrestling base, Cain has never beaten anyone with crisp strikes who also could match him when it came to the takedown battle.

Stipe isn't great on the inside, and has endurance issues, but I probably favour him over Cain.

Cain just cant stay healthy. After a long lay off, i honestly will pick the majority of HWs against him. If hes active then Cain beats everyone.

outside of prime fedor, Cain at his best was one of the best in the world at transitioning between his strikes, clinches, takedowns. Stipe is a one dimensional fighter.

At the end of the day though, It's just words unless Cain shows up healthy and at his very best.

He's a sad story, If not for his injuries, bad luck or whatever you want to call It..he was on track to taking the hw GOAT title from fedor.

Are you guys intentionally ignoring how I mentioned "the takedown battle" i.e. Stipe's wrestling base in conjunction with that - or can you just not read?
Shane carwin. a better wrestler than stipe could not take jds down.
