UFC Fight Night 108 Highlight Video: Watch Al Iaquinta Flatten Diego Sanchez

Al Iaquinta had been out of action for two years but by the looks of it, he never came close to losing a step.

In the co-main event of UFC Fight Night 108 Saturday night, Iaquinta never allowed Diego Sanchez to get going as a blistering right hook dropped him and wrecked his equilibrium. As expected, Sanchez sprung back to his feet, bit down on his mouthpiece and tried to survive, but another right-handed bomb exploded on Sanchez’ face, dropping him onto his face and knees.

Referee John McCarthy dove in just as Iaquinita unloaded a follow-up right hook, but the shove from the third man allowed it to glance off the wounded Sanchez. The official time of the knockout came just 98 seconds into the fight (bookmakers).
