Far Cry Primal : $39.99 at BestBuy (GCU $31.99) XBONE & PS4

I'll definitely pick this up at some point, but i feel it should be even cheaper than this.  Surprised the price isn't lower

Same here. I'm still working my way through Far cry 4, and I'd definitely love to pick this up, but I know it will be $29.99 before GCU soon, and maybe even $19,99 by Black Friday, so I'm not in any rush.

 
They usually release a complete goty version as well.. I think we'll wait for that  and its inevitable ubisoft 6 month bargain basement price before we byte on it. 

 
Usually Ubi games drop like rocks but this and The Division haven't dipped that low. In addition to being disappointed that they haven't hit my price point, I am kind of surprised.
 
I flew through Far Cry 4, but I'm having trouble finishing Primal.  It's a fun game in short bursts - but becomes pretty repetitive.  Not that Far Cry 4 wasn't repetitive, but I just found it a bit more fun.   At this point if you haven't bought it I'd say hold out for $20-$25.

I'm playing through 4 now and I'm hooked. It's basically 3.5 and I loved 3. I bought it at launch and put like 20hrs into it but somehow got sidetracked. I decided to start it back up a few weeks ago and just started from scratch.
I was hoping to jump into Primal after I finish 4 and the dlc but Primal hasn't hit my price point yet.

It's probably because they released in the Spring. There's less reason to throw heavy discounts on them when stores aren't enticing holiday shoppers. Both games will probably drop like a rock in the fall.
