Shattuck: Voters look to Make France Great Again
The Boston Herald ^ | 04-24-17 | Tom Shattuck

All the smartest people in the world are setting themselves up for more Brexit- and Trump-style shock and disappointment, this time in France.

Last night, Western European globalists and experts breathed a collective sigh of relief as pro-EU, anti-Brexit, pro-immigration centrist Emmanuel Macron edged out the National Front’s Trump-esque Marine Le Pen for a narrow first-place finish in the French presidential race, roughly 23 percent to 22 percent. The pair will face off in a May 7 runoff election, which “everyone” naturally expects Le Pen to lose.

And then there are the supporters of conservative Republican Francois Fillon, who also took nearly 20 percent of the vote last night. Will they quietly go from supporting Fillon’s policy of crackdowns on radical Islam to backing Macron’s dream of open borders?

Doubtful. Terrorism is an unwelcome new normal in France these days and its most defiant foe is Marie Le Pen.

I thought La Pen came out ahead in the first vote 24%-22%, but this article claims Macron was ahead 23%-22%.

I think La Pen takes it. Pollsters, talking heads, and the ruling elite are propping up their fake propaganda just like they did with Trump.

It’s fight Islam now or later. I prefer now before they have a major foothold in the US. The foot is in the door in Europe so to speak.

If La Pen doesn’t win what happens is more French cities and towns become no go areas, Sharia law starts being practiced freely, terrorist attacks go up, and the French become more incensed against their government. If she doesn’t win this election, the next election certainly guarantees either someone like her or a muslim. But then it might be too late.

A lot of people don’t understand the danger that Islamic communities breeding 3x faster than Westerners will become within 2-3 decades. If left unchecked that long it’s gonna be a really tough fight.

But it’s coming and it’s inevitable. Now or later.

Didn’t she win? I was told by a friend she won 24%-22%, and that is what I had read earlier.

Now it goes to a runoff in 2 weeks because no majority, if that’s correct?

So was she ahead in this first vote, or not? If Macron wins Europe is in a lot of trouble.

Facts are important.

The Guardian is showing Macron in 1st place by a couple percentage points, and predicts a huge Macron win in the runoff.

I hope they’re wrong, but fear they might be right.

If LePen loses fairly, I wont care if Paris burns to the ground.

Someone mentioned a YUGE gap of 25 percent against her.

I find that hard to believe as I would imagine the conservative loser’s voters will lead towards her even if their @@@hole leader said to vote against her.

And then, whomever wins it is likely that it will be the same as usual:

The French “Political Class” Gets Crushed – on the Surface

It [the political class] designed the rules to protect itself against an election like this.

From the Daily Mail

This is one weird couple. Have not read or heard about this ‘romance’ anywhere. If this was Le Pren’s story it would be front page news.

The difference is that Muslim immigrants are already accustomed to rioting in France and getting away with it.

Mark my words.

If France votes for more immigration, I will yawn at the next terrorist attack there, no matter how many bloody bodies are spread out.

Macron is an empty suit, just as Obama was!!! If the French people vote for Macron....they will be worse off, then they are today in every way possible. This Macron dude,is a weak sister just like “Pajama Boy” and, I for one will not shed any more tears for the French innocents that will be slaughtered by Muslim terrorists. Obama endorsing Macron is the murderous, kiss of political death.

Frenchmen & Frenchwomen....cast your vote for Marie Le Pen. “VIVA THE FREE REPUBLIC OF FRANCE & VIVA LAFAYETTE”!!!

We might see that Frenchies who want to live in freedom will seek to emigrate to the USA. Would they be accepted? Would different standards apply to them then to Latin Americans? to Asians? to Africans? to Romanians?

Macron and his wife. They met when he was fifteen, and she was his teacher. She is 25 years his senior.

Who knows? I would assume it depends on which candidate's voters she can attract. I admit I'm not well versed in the differences between all the parties.
