FNaF World is out again, for free this time

Adds "a remodeled overworld and many other new features".

Five Nights at Freddy's World has been re-released, this time as a free game.

Scott Cawthon's RPG spin-off to his popular horror franchise was met with a storm of backlash after its initial release felt undercooked in ways both big and small. Cawthon took much of the criticism to heart and decided to remove the game from sale and offer refunds to all those who purchased it.

"I'm still going to work on FNaF World and polish it up," Cawthon said of this curio at the time. "From this point forward, the game will always be free."

He remained true to his word offering the new updated version of FNaF World up on GameJolt.

"This is the first updated version FNaF World, featuring a remodeled overworld and many other new features," Cawthon said of the newly uploaded game. "More updates to come!"
